Our current Management Team is considered to be one of the most experienced Executives in the Outsourcing industry to date and our people consists of seasoned professionals: accomplished managers, agents, designers, programmers, & skillful marketers from prestigious call centers and IT companies in the country. We are solely committed to contribute our expertise in boosting our client’s sales and expanding their business´ market share.

ARNOLD BAGABALDO

FOUNDER & CEO

Arnold Bagabaldo has an MBA Degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Information Systems from Armstrong University, USA. He has extensive experience and technological expertise in setting-up and operating international voice and data networks involving traditional circuit switched systems as well as frame relay and IP based systems. He has been in the telecommunications industry for 12 years as one of its most sought after Consultant. He has over 5 years’ experience creating and managing Dynalink Telecom, Inc., a 214 long distance telephone carrier in the USA handling well over 40 million minutes a month of traffic going to the Philippines that represents over 30% of the voice traffic flowing into the country from the USA.His BPO experience began with a call center in early 2003, which he developed from 16 seats to 250 seats in a little over 2 years before being acquired by The Resource Group (TRG), Philippines, an international BPO provider. He acted as Managing Director for TRG during its acquisition process.

RICHARD LIM

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

With over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology Field, and 11 years of BPO industry experience within 3 of the largest BPO companies in the Philippines. Richard has acquired flexibility and wide range of expertise related to the BPO and IT industry, such as training and development, program design, launch, implementation, and management through all the facets of the BPO and IT industry.Richard’s competency with multi-platform and multi-lingual expertise in state-of-the art system design and implementation, programming, network administration, and being an A+ certified Computer Professional, along with his Computer-Aided Design (CAD) background enables him to provide end user with input-tools for the purpose of streamlining design processes; drafting, documentation, and manufacturing processes. Richard is also active in organizing and spearheading various volunteering activities and outreach programs for the community.

ERIC SERATE

CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Mr. Serate has over 15 years’ experience in information technology, a solid tenure in doing systems integration and consulting at Accenture’s Offshore Solutions Center and as an IT Director of The Resource Group (TRG), Philippines.He ran regional projects for American International Group’s (AIG) Austral-Asia Pacific Regional Technology Center for 6 years as its SAVP for Systems Deployment.

He became CEO of a local ISP in 1997 saving it from imminent closure. He also specializes in finance (banking and non-life insurance).

In addition, he is an Honors graduate from the University of the Philippines in Los Baños with a degree in B.S. Computer Science.
