Human Resource Generalist/Company Nurse


  1. Assists with recruitment and interview process.
  2. Conducts employee orientation.
  3. Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
  4. Participates in investigating questions and/or complaints; resolving employee relations issues.
  5. Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
  6. Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
  7. Facilitates government forms of employees.
  8. Maintains records and compiles reports from the database.
  9. Prepares new employee files.
  10. HR documentation and maintenance, interdepartmental communication


  1. At least 1 year of working experience specializing in  General Human Resources or equivalent.
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  3. Required skill(s): compensation and benefit, recruitment, time keeping.
  4. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees
  5. Registered Nurses with background in HR (Comp/Ben/Time Keeping) are encouraged to apply
  6. Willing to work on a permanent night shift schedule
